The Inn at Whitewell has an almost intimidating reputation for quality and I was so pleased to receive the booking to photograph Emma & Dave’s wedding at such a prestigious location.
My day started bright and early at Emma’s mum and dad’s House In Bamber Bridge where bridal preparations were being made. This must’ve been the most chilled out prep I’ve ever witnessed, just Emma’s chief bridesmaid to provide a helping hand.
The ceremony was a short drive away at St Saviours Church In Bamber Bridge. There were a number of restrictions on what the vicar would allow in terms of photography but these were overcome to provide the bride and groom with the best images possible!
Following the ceremony we all headed up to the Inn at Whitewell which is set in the stunningly picturesque Trough of Bowland. I’d already paid an earlier visit and re-watched the episode of The Trip with Steve Coogan of course!
The marquee here was a lovely bright setting for the celebrations and definitely came to life in the evening.
I was keen to capture some unique photos on the balcony at the back of the venue which worked out great.
